Ordering

Members are highly encouraged to pre-order new products 2 weeks (14 days) on or before release dates to secure supply and take advantage of our discount offer. Buying through our website is easy and secure – just select the Online Payment option when checking out the shopping cart and pay directly through your PayPal account in U.S. dollars.
For catalogue and new products that the pre-order deadlines have expired, customers should select the Offline Payment option when checking out the shopping cart. Our Customer Service will confirm to you via email on the availability of the items you have ordered and you are free to make change at that point. Once you accept our order confirmation, payment is due immediately. If payment is not received within one week after your order is confirmed, then we will automatically cancel your order without any notice.
Please note new product release dates are subject to change by the manufacturers without notice. In the event that a new product is cancelled or stock is not available subsequently or the product is found to be mis-priced, we will notify you as soon as possible and your remedy will be either requesting for a full refund without interest or ordering an alternative product of the same value.

Payment

Payment for the goods plus any applicable shipping cost and insurance premium can be made by any method shown on the Payment Method section in our website. There will be no delivery until full payments are received.
 

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We will ship your order using any appropriate carrier shown on the Delivery Method section in our website. If you request insurance coverage and/or would like use a specific carrier, then please email our Customer Service at services@jpbook-mart.com once your order is accepted. We will make every effort to deliver the goods, including new releases and out-of-stock (back-ordered) items as soon as they become available from the manufacturers. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
 

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title of goods are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
